We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 15-day exchange or return policy. To initiate an exchange or return, kindly ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and still bears its original tagging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or return. Please note that items on sale are non-returnable.

 

Please be aware that return delivery charges will not be refunded, and will be paid by the consignee. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
